Unless otherwise stated in the Fine Print section of the deal, all unredeemed Groupon vouchers are fully transferable.
How am I meant to gift it, if there are no bookings!
I then spoke to someone yesterday on the phone, and they said I could get a store credit and would have it within the hour... Yet, I am still waiting.
If the merchant is full, the deal should be closed. Groupon wants you to spend money, but then wont refund you, they will give you a store credit only so that your money stays with them!
