2nd Excel course purchase 2nd non-delivery

I paid R279 for the Excel course advertised in December, as I did in March (then R214).
Once again no deliver, no reply to my queries - absolutely hopeless company.
Hope I get a refund on this one - will NEVER use them again - a wasted of my precious
time!
Wrote with query on 24th December and 7th January - have had nothing but automated reply in response.
