No response then unless reponse and NO REFUND

On 08.02.2013, I sent a request (Request #681579) to groupon support for a refund because the deal I bought cannot be claimed - La Palma restaurant deal (voucher number 001016719B): Restaurant was burnt down and they informed Groupon and I was advised that clients must contact groupon for refund. No respond received until 20 Feb where Groupon SA sent me a request to "rate their support", told them I have not received any support! then received a unless automated reply that does not answer any of my concern or refund by Tammy on 22 Feb. Sent another reply to Tammy requesting her to at least read the concerns and reply according with some professionalism instead of delay tactics with automated response. Today is 25 Feb, almost 3 weeks from the first enquiry, NO REPLY, NO REFUND! seriously! I have dealt with similar site like wicount, citymob etc, they all reply and resolve problems within 48hrs. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE PPL YOU HIRED? Are they deficient or simply incompetent? Or do your company simply don't care because you already have the money from your customer (me)?
