We ordered 35 peak caps for our learners and paid Carol on taking delivery given that she is a small business; BIG MISTAKE!!! On the day of taking delivery 2 caps tore; one at the peak and the other at the bag where one adjusts the size. The following day a further 3 tore, similar to the first two. We contacted Carol and informed her that we were not happy with her product which was clearly of an inferior quality. We collected all the caps save for three and returned them to carol.on or around 28 November. We heard nothing from her. On querying her on 12 December she responded stating that she disputed the quality and accused our learners of maliciously destroying the caps. This we dispute in the strongest of terms and take strong exception! Whilst we have returned all the caps save for 3, to date we have received no refund; not even for the those that were damaged; yet she sits with our money and all the caps!! What happened to customer service?!!! Be very careful when dealing with this business. They happy to take your money, take back all the substandard stock and refuse to refund your money. Plain simple arrogance on the part of the owner! Will proceed with legal action.
