It has now been established that my order was returned to the Fairland post office and collected by Mr Matthews on 25.02.2013. Between my order in September 2012 to date I have not received one notification to collect it (quite mystifying). As per the post offices track and trace records it reflects that my parcel was collected by Matthews on 25.05.2013 {17:46} and Martinque at the gift shop confirmed Mr Matthews is her boss. This meaning my parcel is back with the gift shop. Martinque undertook to attend to the reposting of my package and will advise me when same is done and will also furnish me with the new tracking number.
I have now changed the address for delivery. So hopefully the mug warmers will be used this year for a father's day present...
