I bought an Iphone 5 adapter on Groupon 2 weeks ago. After I paid the money into their account (via EFT) I saw on my account on Groupon's website that there is no such item in my account. Therefore I contacted them. They replied a few days later saying that the order did in fact not go through. They said that they will send it to the Refund/accounts department.
I got an email from them saying that they will credit my account with the value of R499. But I don not want credit because I have only experienced bad service from them even before all this. I sent them an email saying that I want them to pay back my money into my bank account. I have not heard of them since.
I am highly frustrated at them for this bad service.
