I am very unhappy and extremely frustrated with Empangeni-Tanner Road post office. I have currently 19 small parcels that's missing.
I had a parcel sent back to China 6 weeks ago. The seller then sent the parcel to me once again. I received the international tracking code and kept track of it as far as possible. Yesterday I phoned Durban post office to receive the converted tracking number. It was confirmed that the parcel has been at the post office in empangeni tanner road since the 2nd of September. I check my post box daily. Until now I have once again not received any notification.
I am very concerned. My packages are getting lost or as I call it if you ask me. I have noticed my post not getting to me the past 6 to 8 weeks... I had to open a new post box in Meer en See since its obvious that I will lose all my goods if I continue sending my post to PO Box 13122 Empangeni. I want this matter addressed.
