Terrible service, non delivery of Items, No Refund

I purchased items from Groupon and received pathetic services from Self Image, i was offered a refund in February and accepted it. to date i have not received my refund of R 835, which i was promised within 3 days from the 11/02/2013.
I also purchased a refurbished Tom Tom on the 31/01/2013 and still have not received the product. i queried the delivery date and was told that there was a system glitch and that the order was only done on the 14/02/2013 and i should wait 4 weeks for delivery?
I further purchased a spy pen on the 07/02/2013 (sucker for punishment) and was told that they do not have an order for it, yet the funds were deducted from my account.
I spent an hour on the phone with OLEG and NAMEKA who could not assit. i asked to speak to management and after being on hold for collectively 20 minutes, was told that management was not available. i had reached my limit and cut the call, i then received an email stating that that due to a technical fault my spy pen cannot be delivered and can they proceed with a refund?? I am still waiting for my refund from my product that i purchased last year??? The service is is the worst i have had in years, false promises and no delivery
