I have had a very bad experience with Groupon and misscommuniction with the company. I have been in contact with a half order that was delivered to me in January from the order placed and paid in December 2012. Now after a month and a bit of total confusion, they have eventually collected the product from me Monday 18th for refund. Monday will be 2 weeks, and i have not heard a single word from Groupon about the refund. I am extremely annoyed at the level of service being offered to a paying customer. I had a refund that i dealt with at Truworths, and after 2 days the money was paid out from their Head office in Joburg to my account. And i am sitting with this issue from Groupon??
This is unacceptable especially when it comes to peoples accounts and money that they paid for a product they thought they would be receiving in good condition from a trusted source.
I fully understand that there is a process involved, but please then at least let the customer know what is going on and not let them assume the worst because of no communication!
