I purchased a product via Groupon on the 13/12/2012 as a Christmas gift and not knowing my husband went and bought the exact same gift so on the 20/12/2012 (which falls within the 7 working days refund policy) we emailed groupon requesting a refund to which we received a response asking if they could credit the money.
I in turn said no and requested that a refund be paid and I supplied my banking details. Almost 2 weeks later a generic email was received from the support desk stating that the issue is being attended to and that they are experiencing high volumes etc etc... that was on the 2nd january and now almost 2 weeks later I have still yet to receive an answer or an explanation.
I want to know where my money is and why it has taken almost a month for this issue to be resolved.
