I purchased a comfy-bag of groupon on the 14th of December 2012, a few weeks ago i sent an email to groupon customer service to find out what was happening as i hadnt heard of anything, they were quick to respond to me telling me delivery week was 4 to 5 weeks. So now we are sitting in Feb and still not one phone call, its like i paid the money and thats it, its been run of with, i did email groupon twice to cancel and get a refund, but now cause im cancelling im being ignored, please can i get my money back that i work hard for before legal action is taken' or if its the comfy-sak company that has my money can u let me know if i need to contact them, anything but being ignored.
