I purchased a product directly through Groupon about 5 weeks ago (It was supposed to have been delivered within 1-2 Weeks).
After 3 weeks I sent through a complaint and received an assurance the product would be delivered within a week. It is now 2 weeks since that assurance from Ms Styles and I have still not received anything - Groupon SA has even stopped responding to my emails and has been completely ignoring me.
I have since been requesting a refund of my money and a cancellation of the order. They took my money immediately and never fulfilled their end of the deal by delivering my product. Nor are they being cooperative in resolving this issue - I would be happy with a refund - but the fact that they are ignoring my messages is infuriating.
Groupon SA are a bunch of!
