6 Months later and still no merchandise

Hi There.

I won a competition in the May 2013 edition of Essentials. It was for a hamper of Prestige Pans.

This is 6 months later and I still have not received the prize promised to me "between 6 - 8 weeks delivery".

I've written to the customer care lady at Essentials, Melanie, numerous times, and each time she follows up with Prestige, they have another problem and answer as to why they haven't sent out any of the hampers. First it was I.T issues and then their supplies went missing etc.

I'm sure they have no problem supplying chainstores with pots and pans, why because I won a prize, I have to wait 6 months for mine?

I feel that if you are going to run a competition and offer hampers up for grabs, make SURE you have stock thereof and send it out timeously.

I am very dissappointed with Prestige. I feel "cheated" and will certainly not be supporting them in the future.
