Groupon SA
No delivery after 3 months

I ordered and paid for a printer on 15 November 2012. They said 4 weeks delivery, it's been 2 months and counting. Nothing yet!

I sent an email to follow up in January, they replied that it's been escalated on 29 Jan. I still haven't heard anything from them except that they are following up.

I asked for my money back but still no response!

Totally unacceptable, I should've just walked into the nearest incredible connection because the small discount they were promoting on Groupon is not worth this nonsense.
