Just about the worst customer service eve

I ordered a mixer from their Christmas specials on 12.12.2012. The groupon says allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. On 14.01.2013, I email them with a delivery query. I get an automated email from Chantel, saying that she will find out what is going on and that she will "revert back to me soonest". On 04.02.2013, I phone in, go from 10th in the que to 1st, speak to someone, and they drop my call. Phone again, and again 10th in the que. This time I speak to Aheeqah. She tells me that I WILL receive it on 08.02.2013. The 8th comes and goes. I phone again on 12.02.2013, this time speaking to Njeneka. He tells me that he will investigate, and let me know what is happening. Nothing happens. I phone again on 14.02.2013, this time speaking to Natasha. She says she will phone me back at 16:30. She never did. Phone again today, 15.02.2013. I get informed that they have run out of stock and that I can only have a refund. How wonderful. I spent hours on the phone with these people. How can you promise me on that I will receive something on 08.02 and then on 15.02 tell me there is no more stock. This is rediculous!
