I submitted this complaint: https:///complaints/worstno-feedback-ever-999712 Nothing was done about it, and they kept saying wait 4 weeks. So today is 4 weeks and guess what, they about the fact that the parcel was already sent out.

"May I inquire if you have received your product yet? "
"You still have 2 weeks left for delivery which is more than likely why you could not track this."
Why can someone not just be honest and tell me what the is going on. I am livid.
Here is their reply, sent today.
"Unfortunately due to logistical issues beyond our control, we could not pre-empt that your stock would arrive late. We will only be sending out this stock next week. If this does not suit you we will do a refund request"
As per above comms they very well knew they did not send this out - but on the 1st of Feb still acting like it is on its way to me.
I want this rectified ASAP and delivered next week
