Misleading information on the Orde

On 15 Jan 2013 I purchased an item from the Groupon website and received my Voucher. I read all the fine print which cleary stated "Allow up to four weeks for delivery" On 28 Jan I send an email to Groupon which was answered by Ash just enquiring to the progress of the order. The reply was "You have to wait 4 weeks" When I phoned today 22 Feb I was given anther story that the product was only redeemed on 29 Jan and its 4 weeks from this date. I was given a waybil nr which according to the courier company doesnt exist. When enquiring about it, I was told that its not the 4th week yet and therefore the parchel is still with the supplier. When I explained that the voucher said 4 weeks for delivery I was given a reply that its 4 weeks from date of redemption. No where on the voucher or on the Groupon Website it states that the delivery is from date of redemption. When I asked to speak to a teamleader / manager I was told by Chantalle that its not needed for me to speak to the teamleader as she has given me the answer. I will get my delivery in 4 weeks time. When asked for the specific date she said anything from 1 March. This is unexeptable!!
