I made the following 2 complaints already in regards to this matter:

I still have not received my parcel
I got the following feedback after my last complaint:
"Please be advised we have escalated your account to the Products and Services Department to investigate delivery of your product. Kindly note delivery will commence shortly. Once feedback is given we will revert back to you as soonest."
And...
"Unfortunately due to logistical issues beyond our control, we could not pre-empt that your stock would arrive late. We will only be sending out this stock next week."
Since then no communication despite about 5 e-mails I have send to groupon, this was suppose to be part of a birthday present weeks ago, and still I do not have it
SEND me my parcel please, ASAP!
