Terrible Service delivery

I ordered the new IPAD 5 from Groupon on 3/12/3013. The add clearly stated that delivery would be effected with in two weeks. Two weeks came and went and nothing was delivered. I followed up with Groupon on various occasions and was finally promised delivery of the product to my home address on 3 January 2014. This date came and went and no delivery of my product. I am on the phone right now being given answers like we cannot promise delivery today because our partner only reopened today and we have to wait for them to tell us when they can provide the product as they were closed. Funny that they put something on offer for sale confirming delivery within 2 weeks, when in fact they dont have stock and now using the excuse that their partner was closed and only reopened today, when in fact I ordered the product way before companies closed. Groupon is giving me the run around. When I asked them to refund my money they said that will take 5 working days. They are not prepared to budge and they dont care about the customer at all!!! Worst part is I bought the product for my nephew who needs the IPAD for school. He needs to set up the IPAD and download his text books.
