I bought a bracelet on Groupon's website, two weeks later it was delivered but it had a default so the next day I informed Groupon (23/11/13), the parcel was then picked up on the 25/11/13. From there I phoned every day it was possible and had the time to wait 20min before you could talk to an consultant. It was promised to be delivered next week, than the week after that and so it went on. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift therefor bought in advanced, that I told the 4th or 7th consultant first week in January. I got emails stating that they promise me it will be delivered, but the date has come and gone and still no response. I would never ever recommend this company to any one no matter how good the deal! I still have not received the product and awaiting reply.
