I orderd two Cellini bags from Groupon. Picture showed bags which appeared to be on wheels. The order confirmation showed they were not, whereupon I cancelled the order and asked them to send me confirmation of the cancellation and make sure the money was paid back into the account. They appear to be unable to understand simple instructions. I've written SEVEN e mails to them with my request. Replies have been automated responses telling me NOTHING in answer to my request. I am so disappointed with Groupon. Want them to contact me via telephone, so I can speak to a person. Tried calling them twice, a waste of time and money, you hang on the line for ages, just end up putting the phone down. Very frustrating!!!
