Voucher pending forever, empty promises from the call centre, no one calls back to update.
I have purchased a voucher and have been waiting over 2 weeks to receive it. I have called, emailed and get the same update everyday. NO VOUCHER FOR ME, my issue is being escalated.
Can someone please sort this out. This is bad customer service after all taking my money
