Ordered an item - 2 month's ago to give as a gift for a Sept birthday. Sent e-mails to Groupon every few days & got NO response, only automated replies. Their Call centre is a joke, after 30 mins you're still listening to music or a recording! (I was calling long distance (from Durban.)
I finally DO get a reply & I'm told that the item is out of stock, and that if their supplier is unable to come up with the goods in one weeks time, I will be refunded. After all this time & inconvenience, I expected to be given the option of an immediate refund, but not so with Groupon. I don't want or need the item NOW, its too late! Whenever I have need to contact Groupon, it is a nightmare & it takes ages to resolve ANY issues!
