Refund for The BARN SPA

Last year I bought a groupon voucher for The Barn Spa. We booked for 24November 2012, but then on the 23rd I rrecieved an e-mail from the spa saying that they had to close due to hail damage. In then emailed groupon and asked for a refund. They replied and asked if I wanted a voucher or the money back into my account. I said I wanted the money back and supplied them with my banking details. Since then I haven't received any money and have asked them again, but got no feedback. I wanted to phone them but can't find a phone number anywhere! Please can you help me get my R540 back?
