I bought 2x Groupon Vouchers for Ushaka Marine World for my Fiance and our daughter to go there on Sunday the 24th of November 2013.
The vouchers were not emailed to me or my fiance after I made the payment.
I tried to call their call centre to find out what was going on but their office hours are Monday to Friday only.
I was despirate to get the tickets because my Fiance and our daughter were already on their way to Ushaka Marine World so I bought a second set of tickets hoping that the second set would be emailed to me immediately.
I only received the vouchers on the Monday and emailed Groupon to explain what has happened and that I should get a refund for the vouchers because my Fiance had to pay full price for tickets because we did not receive the vouchers as it said that we would on their website.
Groupon refused to give me a refund and told me to go to Ushaka Marine World before 30Jun2014 or give it away as gifts.
This is unacceptable as I do not think it is fair to force me to go anywhere that I do not intend to go to and I certainly will not be told what to give to people as gifts.
I can not reach them via telephone for there is no answer at te call centre.
