REFUSES TO REFUND

I bought a groupon voucher for an elephant back safari at the Vicoria falls for R1198 on the 20th of january 2013. I wanted to redeem my voucher but it was not reflecting in my account so. I emailed them to ask them to correct this issue. I received a response saying that the deal got cancelled and that they will refund me my money, this was on the 8th of March 2013. It has now been almost a month and I still have not been refunded my money. I have called and emailed them numerous times over this last month but no one has sorted out the issue for me. I am extremely disatisfied with Groupon and their customer service. I am now considering reporting them for.
