New Years Bust with No Follow-up

New Year's Aloe Ridge Hotel bust vouchers bought from Groupon SA has still not been sorted out. I am so very disappointed and I won't support Groupon SA again. I've lost all trust and confidence in their products / vouchers.

Even after logging a scathing report on Hello Peter I only got an email saying that they don't intend to deliver such bad service or products and that they would investigate. That was almost a month ago. NOTHING has happened. Please do not support any Groupon SA products or promotions. They are of a severely inferior quality and the have terrible customer service / after sales service. I will never support them again and I hope people that read these reports will do the same
