In Feb 2013, I purchased two vouchers from Groupon. The deal had long closed and I had not received my vouchers. I sent an enquiry regarding the matter and was told that the vouchers are no longer available and that I would be refunded.
It is now well over a month and I have not received my vouchers or refund.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY
I feel that Groupon have incompetent and inadequate staff who cannnot cope with the volume of customers and therefore constantly provide the most terrible service. This is the fouth time that I have had to beg Groupon to keep up to their end of the deal.
I also do not feel that refunding me for the vouchers will be good enough. I want to be compensated for my time and frustrating in begging Groupon to deliver as promised and I would also like to be compensated for interest that I would have earned if I had kept that money in my bank. I would also like to be compensated for the bank charges it cos me to make a payment to a company.
Groupon are and I will advise anybody I know, never to support them. I am so angry, that I feel like pulishing this complaint in a national newspaper.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WANT IT BACK TODAY
