Groupon still not deliverying. It's been 2MONTHS!

Dear Groupon

The below mentioned product still has not been delivered.

I'm unsatisfied with Groupon's service and believe it to be unacceptable.

The date of redemption was - 04.12.12.

Each time I contact Groupon support I recive a very unfulfilling response of " Groupon is doing its utmost best to deliver all products which have not been delivered in time."

I am so frustrated by Groupon's Service.
