I bought a R299 dermaroller from Groupon. Believe me, you get what you pay for. It is not the authentic single-needle version but the disc-needle version - horrible! Not nearly as effective as the single-needle version. I eventually bought a different dermaroller elsewhere and am very happy with it. Dissatisfied customer.
