Bad service

Called inn GW wynberg and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Mathew, who treated me like I don’t exist, spoke to me like he’s falling from a tree, all I was asking was to see how f he can contact the supplier that supplies them with bmw spark plug leads.
I bought a set a ya ago and 1 of them has packed up now I can’t throw away the whole set so I asked him to see how f the supplier can make 1 spark lead for and obviously I will pay for it, clearly there’s some poor quality in their products”I can get a second hand spark lead oem from 1981 it will work today but one from GW stops working immediately after the warrant expires?
But he’s insisting on buying another set, n not t willing to contact the supplier of which the supplier would not have an issue with making one as long there’s money involved!! He slams the fon on my ears and yelling, shouting at me for my stupid request n he’s not willing to even meet me halfway!!! takes the decision on behalf I f the supplier, which totally is unacceptable n rude, I have been feeding Goldwagn form day 1 since ever I owned Bmw’s, their standard of quality has dropped, rather spend yo last $ at bmw u will get quality and longevity, I would advise other customers to stay away from this Mathew guy, he’s got no customer service skills, or it depends on the color of yo skin!!
