TIME amd TIME again dicovery fail to make paymnets as the shortfall - topup - threshold i have as a member changes. Now im told even though I have a R 3000 a year allocation for optical - and have ONLY claimed R 1250 I am NO LONGER ENTITLED to the balance REGARDLESS of wether my self paymnet gap is topped or up or not as now they dont pay on days that end in a Y!!! (Hyperbole I know - but not far from the truth) I had the MOST INFRUATING conversation with a poor call centre agent who trued to keep a straight face while explaining Discoveries B$$ policy of 'if I claim even though there are no funds - at a practioner - while it goes toward my self paymmet gap - I WILL BE PENALISED FOR MAKING THE CLAIM - are you F##%ng kidding me - penalised for even claiming while in your self paymnet gap - just how do DISCOVERY EXPECT MEMBERS TO REDUCE THE SELF PAYMNET GAP!!! The complicated proffesional non payout attitude makes me sick - fighting constantly to get reimbursed or account's paid out is just UNETHICAL - I will be looking to aggrivate the Discovery business AS MUCH AS IS POSSIBLE - by contactly bad mouthing there business ethic and there highlightimg there IMAGINED SUPERIORITY!
