I'm really upset regarding this. I've waited so long for the Hilton Spa to open a voucher again, and I was one of the first that bought one. It said that we must wait till the voucher ends before we can make a booking, which I did.

The day after the deal ended, I phoned the spa to make a booking, just to find out the soonest Saturday they have open at that stage was the 11 of January 2014, the day after the voucher ends and they are closed on Sundays. I cannot go in the week as I have to work like most people. I am upset because the deal never stated that they are not open on Sundays, and they definitely sold too many voucher for this short period of time.

This also upsets me because the guy at Hilton spa told me they were taking booking since the deal became available. This is totally unacceptable. If the deal says that booking only opens after the deal expires, then it must be implemented. What a waste of money for me. This is my third disappointment with Groupon and their deals. I don't think I will be using them in the future again.

Now that Im trying to get hold of Groupon, they ignore me flat - I have sent so many emails and called so many times its ridiculous!!
