I bought a Groupon voucher for a massage with Healing Massage in Pretoria East, just over ago. Now there usually is a telephone number included on the voucher, but on this one only an email address was included. I have been trying to book for over a week, everyday to no response. At first Portia responded with a very rude email saying she is fully booked, I have since tried to ask her to give me a different date since the voucher expires soon, to no avail. It is appalling at how I am being treated, I mean why advertise with Groupon if you are not going to help us, I am not an ATM & will not make a habit of giving away money randomly. I want a refund or a booking, but I am not just gonna let my voucher be forfeited. This is unethical & wrong! Why advertise vouchers & let us spend money, if you are going to ignore us! I am totally furious at how I am being treated as a paying customer.
