On the 20 October 2013 I purchased two 24 piece cutlery sets. In the fine print it states delivery will occur whithin 1 week. I've tried calling them no answer now there is some site where you log a ticket and they supposed to get back to you, that doesn't work. It worries me when there is no way that one can contact a company and get answers. They won't take an order unless you pay but they don't have the decency to let you know what is going on. People should be aware of what's going on with Groupon it is not the same as it used to be.
