I ordered 2 cutlery sets on 20/10/2013 & it stated that delivery would occur within a week... that was over 3 weeks ago.
I contacted Groupon who sent me the suppliers website-which I have tried several times unsuccessfully-& their email address-I have sent 2 emails & still waiting for a reply.
I tried to phone Groupon today after sending them an email yesterday (still waiting for a reply) & held on as first in line for 5 minutes & then was cut off.
I would like someone to respond to my query/orde
