Still have not received my refund

I bought an expensive cutlery set on 13th Sep through Groupon which took ages to arrive and when it did on 17th Oct it was damaged. I immediately contacted them and they have been giving me the run around about the refund.

They EVENTUALLY collected the set on 20th Dec (2 months later). Now they are still giving me the run around and have not refunded me the R2800
