The 3 of you all took the time to repond to me query but none of you took the time to actually help me.
I am still in the same situation I found myself over 2 months ago!
How is it possible that you run a business like this??
Groupon had dropped the ball terribly here!
I want the product that I ordered and I want the money I paid back to me.
I dont feel I should have to pay for this item considering it is still not with me.
