Ordered a Milex electric pasta maker from Groupon on 7th December 2012, actually hoping it might arrive in time for Christmas.
It did not, but not a big deal.
However, it did not arrive in January either.
On 16 Jan I sent a query, to be told the account would be escalated. Nothing more was heard.
Send another query on the 30th Jan to which I got no reply.
I sent another email on the 21st to which Groupon replied they were waiting on the supplier. It is now the 13 Mar, more than 3 months have passed.
Surely it is not possible to sell more vouchers than the actual product available?
