DO NOT ORDER FROM GROUPON!!! You will wait months for your product.
I ordered a simple spice rack from Groupon, i have emails, forum updates that they will deliver on time, They failed to keep their promises, it seems they have more people replying to their complaints than people driving the goods to their customers.
I ordered the product on the 11th Jan 2013, They said it could take "up to" 4 weeks. Thats cool, i am now nearly on week 6.
They have shamed online shopping, they should just stick to digital purchases as products is not their game. Takealot has outstanding service compared to Groupon
GROUPON IS THE WORST ONLINE STORE I HAVE EXPERIENCED.
I am in IT and do alot of online shopping and GROUPON is the worst, they have great offers but the service level is NOT WORTH IT!!!
