REFUSED TO REFUND A CANCELLED DEAL!!!

A deal that I had booked through Groupon was cancelled by the merchant Beaux Chevaux. I only found out about the cancellation when I called them to make an appointment and was shocked to find out that the merchant had in fact contacted Groupon months before to cancel the deal and refund all the buyers. When I contacted Groupon regarding the refund it took weeks for someone to respond and I was then advised that they wouldn't refund me as the DEAL HAD ALREADY EXPIRED! I went through several consultants explaining to each one of them that the DEAL HAD BEEN CANCELLED and that I should have been refunded. I received several emails from Sam Cornelius, Joshva Livingston L and Megan Almazien stating that the refunds have been processed and that the money would be refunded back to my credit card. Months later I AM STILL waiting on said refund and am getting nowhere. The service I have received has been far beyond disgusting- all I want is my rightful money back. Joshva Livingston either does not read his emails or perhaps does not know how to read as he keeps responding that I will receive Groupon credit instead of being refunded to my credit card! Someone needs to contact me ASAP!
