I am going on four months now waiting for delivery of a product purchased on Groupon in January 2013. I contacted Groupon via e-mail & was told my product would be delivered 4-6 weeks after purchase. This has not happened & I am not receiving contact from the customer service department after sending e-mails about this concern each month. Can someone sort this out! I am wearing short of patience now, as the product ordered I needed 3 months ago already!
