Hi,
I bought a groupon voucher for laser hair removal in November. I purchased one voucher and was charged twice. i contact groupon telephonically and via email explaining the issue and requesting my refund. A customer service agent by the name of Raj was in contact and promised that the matter will be correct but nothing has unfolded since. i contact them every day and still have no satisfaction. I want my money back. i was in correctly charged and now i want my money back. they have requested my credit card statement on several occassion and I duly submit but they just dont respond./ this is unacceptable.
