Bought a product at GROUPON as it is now a week over and above the stipulated delivery period as indicated on there website for the product. Did ask for a refund but seems GROUPON is also slow to act on my request as well.
Did inform them that due to there non performance of the delivery of the product that I do cancel my purchase of the said product.
I would advice any potential customer to stay away from GROUPON due to there pathetic after sales service.
