I have purchased this voucher on the 29th November 2013, after a week I noticed that I had not received my voucher but the money had been taken out of my account.
I have tried numerous times to speak and email groupon my proof of payment and requested a refund. up to date, I have received 2 emails saying that it has been sent to the accounts department to be processed and refunded and will take 3-5 working days.
it has been months, and when you try to call, you wait forever on the phone.
