Good day I am my end with Medshield - your service is appalling I sent two emails on monday urgent and no response - i have left messages for the manager of the call centre to call me - yes i did get a call with just a name and the call centre tel number what a joke - i need to know when and why my mothers blood tests are not getting paid?? from December last year?? why my mother is being repsonsible for a payment which should be paid as PMB for xrays?? Please do not try and phone me i want it in writing from a person who knows what they doing please go and check all the times i have phoned and my queries are closed - as i have checked via the web???
