39 Steps is a casting agency. They contacted me two years ago to appear as an extra in an advertisement for which I have yet to be paid. They claim that they haven't been paid by the production company and say that the production company hasn't been paid by the client. As professionals both the casting agency and the production company should ensure that the necessary guarantees are in place before they accept the job. Recent emails to the company have gone unanswered.
