We woke up this morning to a delivery of what we ordered over November last year, so it has taken more than a month to get to us. We ordered Orthopaedic Pillows and massager. We phoned to find out how long it will take, and was told that they ran out of stock, which we pointed out they are still advertising it, and how could they if there was no stock. So we were told 2 weeks, which is finally what we got. So slow on what they do, they are in breach of their own contract, delivery 3-4 weeks. hmmm not quite that, try 2 months. Secondly, the massager that you advertised, is definitely not what we got. We could have gone to china mall to get this thing. Definitely a Fong Kong unit. You advertise a massager with silicon heads, what we got was a R50.00 hard plastic massager, called Dolphin! How do you classify the add for the value of R1249, and the pillows cost R399 each, and the massager is supposed to be R400. I don't think so. This whole experience has been appalling, and I want a full refund and you to collect on your own expense. I don't want the that you supplied me. This is my first and last purchase with Groupon, and i would advise everyone not to purchase from Groupon.
