3 months ago, we purchased the R399 deal for 2 orthopedic pillow with a 'free' back, neck and shoulder massager with oscillating head. Well to our disgust, 2 months later, we received an ill product that I was embarrassed to give this to my mom for Christmas. Not only did the product look disgusting, but the massager was a dolphin that could have been purchased from China Town. It was definitely used as it has a long streak of someone's i don't want to know what on the handle! We have been back and forth with calls and emails (from the day [20 December] we got this mess) trying to get this resolved and refunded but NOTHING has been done. Along with this, our matter is deemed solved. In my eyes it is not solved. When we are rid of this product infesting my parents house and we get our money back, that is when it can be deemed "solved". Groupon SA, you are a disgrace and do not take your customer's complaints seriously! I am not the only one complaining! How much longer do we need to wait for you to accept responsibility?!
