I purchased the two Orthopaedic Memory Foam comfort pillows and a back, neck and head massager, including delivery pack at he end of November last year. I was sent an email that said the package will be delivered to me by 20 December 2012. but there was no delivery. I sent Groupon an email on the 14th January and again on 07 February 2013 and I still have not received the package (which was supposed to be a christmas gift for someone). Both my emails were never answered. These people are daylight robbers! Their phones are forever unaswered, you are waiting for a long time and also the emails are not answered. I am so IRRITATED!!! Can I have my refund please!!!
